George Dearsley: I am the author of Twelve Camels For Your Wife about my 49-year love affair with Turkey. I am also a media and presentation skills trainer and video producer, based in Heaton Chapel, six miles from Manchester. I have trained CEOs, main board directors and senior personnel from leading companies and organisations in the UK and Europe, including the Co-operative Bank, BUPA, Shell, Europol, KPMG, and FIFA Masters.
